    fermenting US O5 at 54

So I'm tweaking a blonde ale to make for my sister in laws wedding. Trying to make it as clean and crisp as possible. Looking through the site I saw to ferment at a low temp, so I'm at 54. Should I just leave it there til its time to keg or bring up the temp to finish fermentation

    Fuller bodied Hef

So I've brewed a couple hefes, one being EdWorts recipe https://www.homebrewtalk.com/forum/threads/bee-cave-brewery-bavarian-hefeweizen.35679/ and another very similar, both using the Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan. But it comes out thinner than I'd like. Taste is fine, but I'd like more body to...

    Homebrew Vertical Tasting?

has anyone done verticals with some of their big ABV home brews like Imperial stouts, barleywines, quads etc? Verticals are some of the funnest drinking events for me. I've done commercial verticals like parabola, bourbon county, BA old raspy, Double DBA and a few others. Just wondering how...

To keg or not to keg??

reading some posts and doing some research it appears kegging is superior to bottling. However, as a first time brewer is it a safer bet to just bottle? Or does the convenience of a keg justify the cost despite being a first timer? *Disclaimer* I have no equipment yet. A friend and I...

So about 3 solid years of being very deep in beer geekdom haha. However I've never brewed. I love BA imperial stouts and other big beers. I can appreciate most any style. So a friend and I are thinking of a ten fidy clone to start with. But also want to do at least one other beer...
