    Did a rack of St.Louis Style Ribs today. Sorry for the lack of pictures but I was also brewing a Pale Ale. Ribs were yummy!!

    Getting ready to brew up a Pilsner with a little twist. Adding some CaraHell to the Grist and some cascade to the finishing hops. Hopefully it still has that Pilsner crispness to it but with a little something extra in the flavor department

    Brewed a Milk Chocolate Stout today that I may or may not turn into a German Chocolate Stout!?!? Decisions. 🤔 Planned on brewing a German Pilsner today too but it was way to damn hot outside for a double. Oh well there's always next week.

    Prague Powder, pink salt cure # whatever they are all the same : salt and Sodium Nitrite. So in essence you are just making your own "cure packet" at home with your own preferred spices and Prague Powder.

    What you say makes sense. The weather here has been great for plants this spring. Nice temperatures, plenty of rain and sunshine. I know my grass, landscape and garden look better than ever currently. I ordered some FoxFarms Big Bloom fert and I plan on using that weekly until harvest. I...
