    Bottling question

    i bottled my beer 4 days ago and its already carbonated and seems to be just a little too much not gushers .if i refrigerate them then open they are much better is it because the temp in my basement is too high it is like 73 degrees

    Hydro reading

    I brewed an IPA today and my Og was supposed to be 1060 but it was 1050 does that mean i got 90 percent efficiency

    is it ok for me to rack the beer onto my corn sugar mixture in the bottling bucket before it cools 5 gal batch

    Very excited

    i have successfully made Tasmanian Devil Ale and it was very good.Gave it to friends and they loved it and asked if i could make it again so after my Dog Fish 60 clone is done i will brew it again :ban::mug:

    Heat chamber

    32 gallon garbage can and lid, 50 watt fish tank heater with built in thermostat control. works great when weather is to cold to brew ales

    help with recipe

    i have a recipe that calls for 4 AAU'S And 2 AAU'S how many ounces is this and how do i determine it in the future

    14 days later

    Its been 14 days my Oktoberfest has been in the primary at 54 deg. airlock is bubbling every 90 seconds and there is still some tan colored bits floating ahould i take hydro readings yet
