    another possibly stupid question. lol

    Since i did my brew outside last night, i was thinking maybe bugs could get in the wort so i put a lid on it covering most of it. when i cooked it inside, I never covered it. should I cover or not? will that effect the wort much?

    making double batches

    I am thinking of making a double batch of one of those kit brews just for the hell of it but I'm unsure about a few things.... Should I mix in the water after the boil before i put it in one big fermenter or should i use 2 fermenters and just put half the wort in on and half in the other then...

    Storage

    How do people store the different stages of their beer? from the fermenter to the bottles? Just wanted to see what others do. I keep most my bottles in plastic crates unless they are in the fridge. ;) when they're empty, i put them back in the crate. :drunk: I just put the fermenter...

    Another new one to the board

    Started brewing about 5 years ago but i'm still pretty green when it comes to brewing. my last batch was a year and a half ago but i have a new one ready to cook up....hopefully tomorrow. :drunk:
