    Bobby, I just received three 10 gallon spike kettles for my bday. I will need to drill some holes for the herms coil and bulkheads. Will this do the job? Pretty nervous about drilling holes in these kettles.

    Greenlee punch in a keggle

    I used this knockout punch that was recommended to me here on homebrewtalk. I used it on three kegs. I used the 13/16” for all my 1/2” bulkheads or compressions. I purchased it from eBay and took about 3 weeks to get. It works really good and had no issues.

    Im starting to mess around with water chemistry. I only brew with RO water since my water is very hard and not drinkable. Can I use the calculator using RO water? Should I just leave the water profile at zero?
