Bobby, I just received three 10 gallon spike kettles for my bday. I will need to drill some holes for the herms coil and bulkheads. Will this do the job? Pretty nervous about drilling holes in these kettles.

Craig, any updates? I’m going the same route. Keggles are done. I purchased the coil form stainless brewing and everything else from brewhardware. Next step is the control panel.

I used this knockout punch that was recommended to me here on homebrewtalk. I used it on three kegs. I used the 13/16” for all my 1/2” bulkheads or compressions. I purchased it from eBay and took about 3 weeks to get. It works really good and had no issues.

I was also thinking about a 15 gallon kettle. But I’m thinking might be too small for high gravity 10 gallon beers. What do you guys think?

I’m assuming RO water doesn’t contain any minerals.

Im starting to mess around with water chemistry. I only brew with RO water since my water is very hard and not drinkable. Can I use the calculator using RO water? Should I just leave the water profile at zero?
