    I really enjoy the evo 2. Still having no issues. I'm still using the original lids. Have considered ordering one of the newer version Lisa to see how they work. Any thoughts on those.

    Brewing an Irish Stout today, I plan to add some Jameson soaked oak chips at the end during secondary. Irish whiskey oak stout of sorts. Bottling and imperial blonde today also.

    i bought an evo2, used it to brew an IPA from an extract kit. had no issues. i am using a regular glass carboy for secondary fermentation. i had zero issues with the evo2 worked great. i put my carboys in milk carates, so if i need to move them around i have something to grip. the evo 2 fits...

    Just got mine today in the mail. Will put it to work this weekend. As to one of my earlier post, the evo2 fits in a milk crate. Which I have found to be an easy and safe way to move glass carboys.

    i use milk crates, the carboy will sit in it and you can still use the handle makes it easy to carry.

    Hi all, new brewer with a couple batches under his belt. Started out extract, will jump to all grain sometime. Brewed and bottled a Belgian IPA and an American Cream Ale. Both turned out good. Have a English Pale Ale and a Red Ale fermenting now.
