Well, I've been here for a month and everything is going great! Colorado and Left Hand have been very good to me so far. I'm moving closer to work in a couple of weeks, finishing the transition from Florida. Here's some pics!

Welcome from Orlando! If ever in Orlando, check out Orlando Brewing near downtown. Also, there's a new micro in Casselbery (like 15 minutes north of Orlando) called Bowigens Beer Company and they have very good brews.

Hate to let it go, but I'm moving to Colorado, and can't take my Ferm chamber with me. I built this to make it into a Keezer, but been using it as fermentation chamber. Works perfectly. It will fit at least 2 corny kegs. Asking for $150. PM me with any questions. It's a Kenmore/Fridgidaire freezer.

In the Snifter glass, my Citra/Mosaic Pale ale. Finished at 5.6%abv. Very nice flavor, mild bitterness and tropical fruit notes. Not a lot of hop aroma, tho. Next time, more dry hop. In the Flight glass, same brew with jalapeño addition. Surprisingly good. Peppery and hoppy notes with balanced...
