    Candlejack's Apple Cider

    I take it you use a plastic brewing bucket and not a glass carboy? If not is it easy to get the fruit out when cleaning it? I ask because I've been tempted to add some fruit to the brew once in a while but have been unsure I wanted to put in the extra time to scrape it out after.

    Thanks for your input. I am worried as the airlock has not started to bubble yet and it has been almost 24 hours sense I started the brew. The closet I have it in smells like beer now about 22 hours after I put it in there to be out of the way. I am really starting to worry.
