    There is a bar in the Tropicana called fire waters that has like 40ish taps and lots of cool bottles. And Tun Tavern is a cool place too.

    What to grow in NJ

    Cascade, centennial, nugget(have had great success with this one), Willamette. Its tough because some varieties don't do well in hot or humid climates, and with the way NJ's weather is so unpredictable, it wouldn't be good for the rhizomes.

    Us-05 is Cali ale, so i think that it will be fine. Its very alcohol tolerant. Fermentis makes amazing yeasts, way better than danstar IMO.
