New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

I have over a pound of Azacca and about a pound of El Dorado from last year that I would like to use in my upcoming NEIPA. I also have plenty Citra, Mosaic, Vic Secret, CTZ, Loral, and Galaxy to pair with. Any suggestions?

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

This is home brewing, make it how you want. My last has 8.4 g/L whirlpool and 9.8 g/L dry hop in a 6% beer, OG 1.059, FG 1.014. Turned out wonderful. Cheers

Looks great, I assume these number for each hop, not total, i.e. did you use 10.5 ounces or 2 pounds for the 15 gallon batch?

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

This is my first time brewing this style and I am colorblind. Can someone please tell me if the color is appropriate for this style? It has been in primary for 7 days. One picture is with a flash and one is without. Thanks in advance. Dan

Do most of you begin chilling immediately after addding flame out hops or are y’all doing a hop stand? Also how long does it take most of you to get wort under 170?
