    Spiced pumpkin doppelbock and Anchor Christmas inspired brown with vanilla, nutmeg and star anice.

    Step feeding questions

    It will ferment the simple sugars, just dont add too much at one time ( maybe 1/2 pound?). I just did that to my imp stout with no ill effects, 4 times 0.33kg of dextrose raised my og from 1.100 to around 1.125 Just boil the sugar in small amount of water, cool, then add to your beer.

    OP how you ended up bottling this beer? And do you have any tips/comments as I just made big RIS meant to age for 18 years, up to my kids 18th birthday! I'm planning to bottle in champagne bottles but cant decide whether to cap and wax or cork (plastic) and wax? Maybe your way with cork/cap/wax...

    No problem! :) I'm no expert in bikes anyway, just like this particular style and beer has coffee in it, with belgian yeast, hence the name...picture came from google search for "cafe racer" :)
