    How long do I have to let the yeast starter go before I add it to everything else? How long do I let the whole thing ferment for? Can I make this in my carboy? Sorry, I'm just full of questions!

    How do I get started?

    My cider is all bottled now. Waiting for it to carb up a bit and then I'm going to stovetop pasteurize it. I did try a little with my friends and it was pretty tasty. :)

    I'm pretty new to brewing. I just successfully did my own hard cider and I'm wanting to try beer now. I typically like wheat beer or lagers. Is there a simple recipe for beginners that I could try?

    Good to know! I definitely don't want a gusher! The recipe is for 5.25 gallons of juice in a 6 gallon carboy, which is what I have.
