    Miracle Ale.. sooo many problems yet sooo good.

    I just drank my beer and it totally surprised me. I made a beer that was extremely hoppy. It fermented without me adding yeast. I left it in indirect sunlight for a couple of days, and then stored it for over a year... oh yeah and the plug dried allowing air in. i have no idea how long that went...

    Help Me Clean My Long Dirty Hose!

    I am just wondering the best way to clean and sanitize my hoses. I have racking cane, a hose the same size and an overflow hose. I am just not sure how to clean out the inside. Thanks!

    15 degree temp change

    There would be a variance if you did two batches, but it should still ferment. I don't know how much of a beer taste expert you are, but most people shouldn't know the difference.

    well that is why I wanted to name the corboy Mary... it is producing the Jesus beer, but it sounds like it may end up as Rosemary's baby... The smell is good actually, really good, nothing unsual, so I am going to ride this one out... could be a disaster, but I am going to let Mary work...

    I think I have Jesus beer here... I didn't have a wort cooler so I let the wort sit an extra day in a sealed corboy to get to about 75 degress.     My beer is sitting @ 84 degress for 8 hours. Can I add my yeast?

    Is my IPA jacked or can it be saved?

    Can I add any sugar to it? Maybe, just a touch before adding yeast? SmugMug, so I can expect a really hoppy Ale, just just not a true IPA?
