It looks like a nice project. I would go with the galvanized sheet metal, I think it would go better with the coffee station.
Good luck with the rest of the build. :mug:
Thank you. I used the Circus Peanuts ( Those orange color, Banana tasting, marshmallow candies )
I used 1# of them for a 5gal batch, in the boil half @30min and the other half at 10min. They do take time to melt down.
I entered this beer into a wort share competition at Coney Island Brewery. It took 2nd Place out of 25 entries. I missed the chance of brewing it on their system by 3 points. The winner was a Chocolate cherry stout.
Mine is a Belgian Pale brewed with Circus Peanuts.
It's just on the other end of the Island, come on down. always something good on tap. I also like Mermaid, but, it is the only one not brewed in house.
Circus Peanuts smell like bananas, I thought it would well with a Belgian, and the extra sugars can't hurt for the ABVs.
plus this is for a wort share from Coney Island Brewery. I wanted an arcade theme. I can't wait to try it.
looks great. Being a Mets fan myself, I aprove. BTW, I used the same paint for mine. It does seem to scratch easy with abuse. Now I use coasters, it helps. Enjoy.
The best I can do is 2 corny on the floor and 1 on the hump, but I need to put a taller collar on first. Btw, . What part of nyc are you? As my name states, I am in Brooklyn.
I use a simple Johnson controller ( I do not remember the model ) I have i set to 37*. I cycles on about twice an hour. I could get that better, but I didn't insulate the collar.
Looks great. I have the same Idylis 5.0 CU FT Freezer, that I converted over 2 years ago. It has been running non stop since. Lots of luck and cold pours from yours.
