    QUICK newbie question (theres a half hour of boiling left!!!) My recipe actually suggests pouring the 2 gallons of hot wort into a carboy filled with two gallons of cold water, then topping it off with the remaining gallon...NO wort chilling at all. Is this ok or should I chill my wort...
