Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

It's bubbling away already! Thanks for your help. I think bringing it back to ~68* may have gotten it going, since when I opened the lid to add the new yeast I noticed some krausen. I added the second packet anyways since I had already rehydrated it.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

It is at 62 right now, been there for three days now. I gave it a rigorous stir yesterday

As I said, it is still at 1.040. No krausen

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Brewed this on Sunday and still no fermentation. Hit 1.040 on the nose and it is still there now. Probably bad yeast? I've never had this happen before, although I haven't used dry yeast since my first (this is my ninth brew). If it's still stuck tomorrow I will go buy more yeast but should I...

American Pale Ale Wild Dog Days of Summer Ale

Here's what I did, BIAB style. Changed a few things based on what I had/other suggestions in this thread. It's still a week out from being done carbonating, so I'll report back how it is later. And this was the first time I converted a recipe myself so let me know if you have any other...

American Pale Ale Wild Dog Days of Summer Ale

Has anyone brewed this as an all-grain recipe? I loved this beer last summer but I've switched over to BIAB brewing. I'm screwing around in BeerSmith with ingredients but I've never done this before. The only way I can get the color close is by changing the Crystal 20 to 60. Would that work out...

    Oatmeal Stout Yooper's Oatmeal Stout

Finally done and it is excellent! Perfectly roasty with a nice creamy finish. Thanks a ton for the great recipe.

    Oatmeal Stout Yooper's Oatmeal Stout

Brewed this on Sunday, BIAB. Only my second BIAB brew so I was happy with the 1.048 OG I got. I'll try to remember to up my grains next time since I was still a little off (my first BIAB brew was off by like 14 points)
