Tonight I'm drinking Bell's Expedition that has aged over a year. Not a huge fan though. I think this one was better fresh despite Bell's claim that this should be aged like a port. I'm guessing I'm in the minority here.

It's definitely a good place. The high rating comes from a combination of good beers, Chris' hospitality, and the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere makes it all the more special. I was able to try 7 or 8 Belgians I'd never had before last time I was there.

I can definitely appreciate the fact that it looks like you're trying out brews that are no double IPAs, IPAs, or imperial stouts. Big beers are all the rage these dys and maybe for good reason but it's good to see someone paying respect to the other easily forgotten styles out there. Keep up...
