I added 0.25 lbs by accident about 14 months ago. At first I think it was a little harsh. But that taste died down over time. A couple months to 4 months in the bottle, and it was great. In the fall, I did a blind taste test with a buddy. It was between mine and guiness and I picked mine...

Irish Stout Ode To Arthur, Irish Stout (Guinness Clone)

Made 6 gallons yesterday, only forgot to scale down the acid malt. Should I be worried about 0.25 lbs acid malt in a 6 gallon batch? Cheers.

American IPA Dogfish Head 60 Minute Clone (AG) & Extract

I've made this 3 times and will make it regularly. Has anybody added citra to the dry hop? Sierra Nevada does this with an ipa I think... Never had it but wondered if it's good.

American IPA Dogfish Head 60 Minute Clone (AG) & Extract

    Over Carbonated Bottles

A little fizzy but when put in the fridge for a couple days it was awesome. Everybody loved it. Thanks

    Over Carbonated Bottles
