    To sanitize bottles, can't you just put them in the dishwasher (provided you have one of course) and run through a hot water rinse only cycle? Or am I supposed to be doing more than that?

    I'm going to be bottling cider soon and was curious about how adding apple juice concentrate effects the final product. Can adding the frozen can of concentrate work the same as priming sugar? In other words, does concentrate serve the same purpose as priming sugar in that it adds carbonation...
