    carbonation question

    I bottled exactly 8 days ago and tossed in the priming sugar. I just went today to check on them, they seem incredibly flat. I don't know if you can tell if its carbonated without opening it. Should I see any signs of carbonation after 8 days?

    Quick question about yeast

    before I pitched the yeast, I read somewhere on howtobrew.com some directions for preparing the yeast I boiled a little sugar in a small amount of water, cooled it to about 100 degrees and mix the yeast in, I let it sit for about 30 minutes, apparently it activates it faster I have no idea...

    Question about clarity, filter it?

    I don't trust myself transfering into the secondary fermentor on my first batch. Its been in the primary for two weeks now I went to take a gravity ready from the spigot, and there are lots of small particles floating around in the beer, I really really do not want this stuff in my bottles...

    Buying Glass bottles in mass quantity?
