    Founders All Day IPA

    Double the dry hops on your reciepe? or one of the others posted? I have brewed your reciepe. Turned out pretty good. I don't brew enough to say my process is locked down, but it was fairly close to the original considering I brew 1-2 times a year all grain. Thanks, rob

    Sanitizing Bottle Caps

    I put them in a bowl of star san, then pull them out and shake them off, kind of a "stack" at a time. then put them in another bowl. they only have to be wet with the star san. The bacteria don't know if they are under a thin film, or under 2 inches. this makes for less star san dripping all...

    I don't know where you live, but in Michigan Bell's Brewery in K-zoo has a very small homebrew section in their retail space. New bottles with no labels come in case with dividers for $5.00 a case. Here in MI we have a 10 cent deposit so it costs you double what keeping your returnables would...
