    I have a new shirron plate chiller, chugger pump and lines/fittings to connect to my 10 gallon brew pot which also contains NorCal's hop stopper. Can someone advise me on proper setup and explain recirculating the wort? It seems to me recirculating will just stir up the trub/hot break/hops...

    I'm upgrading from single to a new dual faucet tower. Do you think if I flush the beer lines and Perlick taps (one new tap and the other is currently in use) with Starsan it would be adequate?
