    How Long Can You Store in the Fermenter

    Newbie question, how long can I keep my beer in the last fermenter after it's done fermenting? I left a carboy filled for around three months now past the fermentation with the airlock (still has water in it). Basically I haven't gotten around to bottling it. Is it fine to bottle it?

    First Wine

    New to the forum and had a question about my first wine. I just bottles it yesterday. Looked clear and didn't see any issues. Well... I went to put all my beer and wine making gear away and found a package of Potassium Sorbate.... Did I just ruin the entire thing? Sent from my iPhone using...
