    Help! I aerated wrong!

    I'm doing my first batch, an "American light extract brew kit" and after I cooled the wort, I pitched the yeast AND THEN I SHOOK THE bucket with the wort AND yeast for a good two minutes! I didn't read carefully that I was supposed to do it before I pitch in the yeast.... is my batch ruined...

    Homemade Wort chiller fittings

    Hey guys so I made my 25' copper coil 3/8" thick fit inside my 5 gallon ss pot... now I don't know how to finish it... should I buy copper fittings and brace them? (Bracing is not an issue as my uncle can do it. I just have to get the pieces... or what is the cheaper and quicker alternative...
