    What Sanitisers and Cleaners are used.

    Thank you for the info. I used the carboy brush once on my better bottle, so I think it'll be ok. I'll go out and get some oxy clean today. Thanks again.

    What Sanitisers and Cleaners are used.

    I just started making cider and I used Starsan with a carboy brush to clean my plastic carboy. There is still a cider smell to the carboy. Should I be doing something more to clean my carboy or is the Starsan fine?

It was nice and dry as I like it, but I wanted a little more carbonation so I primed it with 5 oz of sugar before bottling.
