    How much grain?

    6LBS Pilsner... The homebrew wiki says: " small amount (usually 2-4 pounds) of grain is mashed to obtain fermentable sugars, and Malt Extract is used to provide the remainder of the fermentables in the wort." So should I reduce the Pilsner to 4?

    Alright... I just finished up. I added the cocoa powder to my boil just before putting into my primary. I'm saving the cherries for next weekish when I move to my secondary. Thanks for your help everyone! BTW my ORG was 1.045 if you were interested.
