    DIY Peltier cooler ??

    Just figured I'd chime in and mention that I use a single 90watt peltier to cool my 5.5 gal carboy by pumping water over a water block cooled by the peltier element that flows around the carboy. It can get to about ~18 degrees below ambient temps and holds very well sitting in my insulated mash...

    Morebeer Pliny kit.....few questions

    its my understanding that it will be fine...just slightly darker then it would have been without waiting to add the DME.

    Blonde Ale Tropical Blonde Ale

    I really like how this turned out...perfect for summer. 3rd beer I've made on my current system and its probably my favorite so far. Used WLP001 for yeast...just poured it right on in and fermented at about 68 for 2 weeks, cold crashed for 3 days, and into the keg.
