Replace the washer with the silicone ones. They work great and make them easier to close.

I make 5 gallon batches for EdWorts apfelwein and that is all I use. Juice, Sugar and yeast. And sometines cranberry juice.

I had this on tap yesterday at a pizza place in Madison. I haven't had it on tap in a looong time. I love it in bottles but on tap it was so much better. It reminded me of why I used to tell people it was the best craft porter made. Great stuff.

Better check that coke corny. I believe coke used pin locks, not ball locks. I may be wrong.

I know Yooper has said before she doesn't like Central Waters but I enjoy their beers. They have a great IPA and they are coming out with a bunch of barrel aged brews that are really great. My wife will kill for the Satin Solstace.
