    Stone brewery!

    I never had the pleasure of trying their beers. This past weekend I gave several of their IPA's a shot. In my opinion the taste is just ok. I have had better IPA's. Is it just because IPA's are a hipster thing now?

    My tap water PH is 9.0

    I bought a kit to determine what my brewing water was like. I have middle harness. My hardness is 120 and my PH is 9.0. There was no chlorine present, should i assume chloramines?
