    Spicing Idea

    So ok, I"m quite the Noob with the whole home brew concept (maybe 200 liters)....so Iv'e been reading around a bit about spicing/OVERspicing and came up with an idea. Rack to secondary, let sit for a few days or weeks, pull some "Clearer" cider from the top into a 500 ML (or pint) place...
