    On Cloning Bissell Brothers Swish

I just brewed this recipe last weekend. I used all cryo hops in the Whirlpool , I used a Hop Spider for the hops however the beer has taken on quite a Bit of green color. Can I expect this to drop. Out during the cold crash or should I filter when transferring to my keg. See photo. Mark.

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

This is my 3rd time brewing this recipe. I just added my dry hop on day 3, without bagging it. What's the best way to transfer to keg after it's done fermenting? I'm using the fast fermenter. Any tips to filter out the hops during transfer? Thanks in advance.

    On Cloning Bissell Brothers Swish

I just listened to the session podcast with Noah from bissell brothers. He said he uses A-72 American Microbrewery Ale or wyeast 1272 in all his beers. I will have to try this yeast next clone brew.

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

I thought I read somewhere in this thread of someone using 3 different strains of yeast to brew this beer. Can't seem to find the post.

Do you find that this filter gets clogged before the transfer is complete? I would think removing the filter to clean it mid transfer would introduce oxygen.

    stuck fermentation....

extract brew.Did not make a starter. I oxygenated by shaking. I pitched some pure pitch ale yeast then after 4 days all airlock activity stopped took gravity reading it was 1.040, waited a few more days then I pitched a packet of dry ale yeast (did not hydrate it) on top of the existing wort...

    stuck fermentation....

I brewed a 5 gallon batch of IPA beer, the OG was 1.067 and 2 weeks later it only dropped to 1036. A stuck fermentation I was told after I transferred it from my fast fermenter to two 3 gallon kegs. I forced carbonated both and tried the beer a few days later. Way to sweet for my taste. My...
