20 mins into my 115th Hopdream IIPA!

Mine is in the keg. Don't know if it's supposed to be that way, but it ended up being very malty. Reminds me of a 90 Minute from Dogfish Head. www.beershirtz.com

20 mins into my 115th Hopdream IIPA!

Mine has been kegged and carbonated and surprisingly, tastes like 90 Min IPA. Seems very malty for all the Hops I added.

20 mins into my 115th Hopdream IIPA!

There was a boatload of hops at the bottom. I racked it using my siphon but it got clogged several times. I think I'll look into one of those hop filters for the brewpot. Good luck! www.beershirtz.com

I just kegged mine. Tastes very good so far but I can't wait until it's cold and carbonated! Captain Chuck www.beershirtz.com

    Racking to same size carboy

Ok, this may sound stupid, but how do you flood a carboy with CO2? I couldn't find any info on this.

    Priming sugar in keg?

Hello all, I just bought a corny keg setup and I when I went to my homebrew store, I was told I didn't need the priming sugar if I was kegging. I have a wheat beer kit that I'm fermenting now and the directions say to use the sugar even if kegging. What does experience say? Thanks!
