Just bottled my first batch of mead. It has been in a bottle since the 21st of sept. It now has yeast on the bottom of the bottle. All I did was go from secondary to the bottle. Did I miss something?
I always wanted to get into home brewing. I just started a batch of mead last night. I see people talk about tasting before and after. Do I taste when I go to bottle it or when it goes to secondary. Looks like I will be getting into trouble trying different things.
