German Pils Tiber's Premium Pils (1st Place German style Pilsner)

So I've had this in the kegerator for a little over 2 months now, and it is phenomenal! I'm having a hard time deciding whether I like Russian Rivers STS Pils more or this (which is saying a lot) I'm thinking of doing it again soon, but I've got a question….do you think this would benefit at...

    Kölsch Tiber's Perfect Kölsch

Thanks Tiber. Is there a reason you use floor malted pils in your kolsh, and just standard German pils malt in your German pils? Does it bring something special to the Kolsch?

    Kölsch Tiber's Perfect Kölsch

I just brewed this one up last night. I used belgian pils, as I buy it in bulk and had it on hand. I'm hoping it won't differ much from what is intended for the recipe. I also ramped from 131 to 149 in 15 min instead of 25, as I was afraid of degrading proteins in a fully modified (belgian)...

    Kölsch Tiber's Perfect Kölsch

Hey Tiber, I'm considering giving this one a go after having success with your German Pils Recipe, but my question is this.....Is a kolsch more of a way to get a pilsner like beer without the added effort? Does the style stand on it's own, or is it just sort of a quicker turnaround pils...

German Pils Tiber's Premium Pils (1st Place German style Pilsner)

Looks like a solid recipe! I'll be brewing this up Wednesday night along with a Vienna lager. I also wouldn't mind help putting together a nice Czech pils recipe. Sounds like you know what you're doing!

    Grapefruit Sculpin clone?

How did this turn out, Te-wa? I'm not so concerned about the malt and hops as I am the method of getting the grapefruit flavor. Would you say you got a similar grapefruit character to the sculpin?

Belgian Dark Strong Ale Westvleteren 12 Clone - Multiple Award Winner

BTW, I apologize for taking so long to get the yeast krausen capture pics up. I've had to step back from our larger capture method using stainless tri-clamp micro-industrial hardware to a pyrex version so the process can be photographed. I have the new glassware and will set this up for pics...

Split batch of YB's Melange, Farmhouse Sour and Saison Brett

Are you talking 200cc of yeast slurry, or a small starter? Also, is that for a primary ferment with the blend, no other yeast added?

    Yeast Bay--offering some Brett blends

Sorry, I might not of been clear on in my question. I'm looking at either doing a starter (not at an elevated temp) or just pitching one vial into each 5 gallon batch around 70 as stated on the vial. I'd rather just pitch the vial into primary if the cell count is suffiecient. These vials are...
