    sour...

    my cider is a bit sour, gonna add some apple extract during bottleing. we just racked it, 12 days after we started it, it just stopped fermenting 2 days ago. anyway, it taste's like apple, but sour........ so other than the extract is there any other way to sweeten it up?

    Converting malt extract to all grain

    is there a formula for converting extract to all grain, say a 3.3lb of light extract, how would that be converted to grains? wanna do some of our extract recipes in all grain form.

    moving on up

    Well we decided to got all grain. I got a 10 gallon cooler to convert, gonna do it with the cooper inside and home made spigot. So I think it will come along nicely.
