    Potassium sorbate

    Keep finding pressed cider w/ label "less than 1/10 of 1% potassium sorbate used for preservation". Is that a no go for cider making?

    Hop addition

    Would I lose any flavor/aroma by using muslin bags to add pellet hops to boil as opposed to just adding them. Just got kettle w/ ball valve and trying to avoid clogging when moving to primary. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
