    switching to all grain

    Finally switching to all grain I have 4 use keg that I got form craigslist I have cut one and starting to add the fittings, so far stainless seams to be a bit of a pain to solder/braze. I'll post some pics soon

    new here

    Hi guys I'm new here and new to homebrewing just did my diet batch last night, I'm from perris ca. I think I may have made a mistake and adding the yeast too hot I adde the year wile the wort was at 98*f would this shock the yeast and keep it from fermentation
