I have a question I'm gonna brew this this weekend and I've never brewed with chocolate, when do I add the chocolate malt? I'm guessing I add it with the other malts but I'm not shure? Also what is the target for OG/FG?
Hello all I'm fairly new to brewing and I'm looking to make a barley wine but Im not set up to do all grain I was wondering if someone could point me in a good direction been brewing for about 3 years now but this will be my first attempt at brewing something this strong.
