    So I've got a batch of dandelion wine that ill be wanting to bottle pretty soon. I've collected enough bottles, and I thought that it would look neat to put some wax over the tops.     Joe's Quick Grape Mead

    I started a batch of this on7-2, and racked it onto 4 oz of honey, the sorbate and the tablet per instruction yesterday. But now, about 12 hrs later, that honey is still sitting at the bottom. Should I try to shake it up, or just let be? thanks

    So I've noticed that a lot of the recipes for making wine say to leave in the primary 5-7, or 3-5 days or some variation.. They say to cover during that time, does that mean tight with an airlock, or just cover to keep flies etc out. Thanks
