    I always bottle at least one beer in a clear bottle so I can see how the clearing up is coming along and how much sediment I have and stuff plus all my bottle go into boxes so there pitch black till they go into the fridge

    I write the date of bottle on the lid so then I can look and corrispond that date to exactly what's on it in another book

    Getting labels off of bottles

    I use straight hot water an hour soak and all paper labels come off an for plastic labels I take them off soak in soapy hot water and wipe them all with a clothes to remove any little bits of glue

    It's OG was 1.047 and after the 4th day it was at 1.010

    It's sitting at room temperature of 67f and I used an ale yeast I had left in the fridge and no nutrient just the juice with a little added sugar

    If we are thinking of the same tap king there's a little hose that goes in and sits on the bottom and the beer goes up it so it affects the first few and yea just from the priming sugar maybe add a little extra
