    RIMS for Dummies

    Ok...I just watch a video of a RIMS system that was used to recirculate the mash through a heating element to maintain a constant mash temp. I would love to replicat this project...does anyone know of this system? It uses a heating element with a PID to monitor the temp. If so please ahare.

    For anyone wanting to chill their brew faster here is a great technique. Attach a small pond pump to the in line of your immersion chiller. Fill a cooler with ice. Insert the pump in the ice bath (fill cooler with water over the ice). Start the pump and recirculate the water through the ice...
