I've been using Sabco's modified kegs for both fermentation and storage/bright for close to a year. And don't get me wrong.. LOVE these vessels.. however.. I wanted to see if anybody had any more economical suggestions while continuing to use stainless steel construction. It'd be great to hear...

What is the model number for the Ranco 2-stage controller? I don't want to "Save money" and accidently buy a single stage unit :confused:

Looks like they've updated their product since this thread was originally posted and added a drip tray. I was just sent some of these racks (and drip tray) from FastRack to give an unbiased review -and overall I think they are amazing. No more awkward bottle stacking for me! Definetly worth...

I'm going to have to agree... While conditioning in a (swing top) growler is theoretically no different than conditioning in a smaller swing top "Grolsch" bottle the potential for disaster far out weighs the benefits. Small bottle exploding = scared wife. Growler exploding = wife bans...
