    excel carbonation process

    When fermenting my beers the room temperature is typically around 65 degrees F. When I bottle my brews I leave them in this same room. Can you speed up the carbonation process by having them sit in a room whose average temp is 72-75? If this does hurry the carbonation process does it also help...

    How are you increasing your chances of infection by racking to a second vessel? Just the transfer of the brew being exposed to air? Once its in the vessel its cut off from oxygen and air. Just interested to see why. Thanks
