    Primary Heater?

I do this with a small heater (10W, maybe?) in either a 10gal beverage cooler or a 70qt Igloo Extreme cooler and it seems to hold a 68degF temp very well in my 50degF basement. I keep a couple trash bags draped over the top for light as well as additional insulation.

Lowes Mini CO2 tank and Regulator

Just to close the loop on my leaking regulator issue - Lowe's took it back (including the tank) for a full refund, and the replacement is working just fine - I have it clipped to a nylon cinch-strap that's pulled tight around the keg. Lowes Mini CO2 tank and Regulator

Hi all, I received one of these Kobalt regulators as a Christmas gift and am pretty excited about using it as a portable keg dispenser for a snow sports weekend later this month. Unfortunately, I'm having an issue with gas leaking from the connection point of the CO2 tank (Blue Rhino, off...

What's the volume for a 4lb. can of LME?

I'm not sure it's quite that easy - as the sugars, etc. dissolve, they'll take up some of the space between water molecules, so the final volume will be less than just adding the volume of water, plus volume of the can/non-dissolved LME. Think 1+1=1.5. Then again, maybe I'm wrong. That...
