    My Irish Red Ale is currently in seconary, about 3 days now. Everything as far as readings and taste has been fine so far. But I've noticed some deposits floating at the top of the wort. Is this normal? Maybe just yeast settling? Not a great shot, but it almost looks like if you were to...
