Just brewed second batch of CB. Great beer and centered on all fronts so I'm gonna play with it just for fun. Great beer. I've upped the 2row to 8 pounds both times and landed closer to 5% abv which is IMHO perfect for this flavor. Russian IPA in the secondary.......

Thanks, I'll have to see if the local shop has all those. I wonder if a guy could use a diff hop with similar or same acids and the just toss some pasteurized strawberry in the secondary?

Well I was pumped to brew this up this week but cannot find belma hops currently.....What would you recommend as an alternative to keep this recipe as close to the original as possible? If its the belma that makes it then I guess ill have to brew something else until I can get my hands on some...
