    Good point on the wheat, thank you. I was thinking wheat for the cloudiness. I have not used any software for this, or ever for that matter. What's a good one to try?

    Hi, Rob from Huachuca City, AZ. Been brewing for about three years and just put a maibock into the primary on the 1st. Got a "holiday" ale waiting to be opened about a month late b/c I got lazy and didn't brew it in time. Love the site, great info.
