I only bottle so am no expert on kegging but I'd say try pour a jug of beer as cold as possible and without generating a head in order to keep as much CO2 in solution as possible then fill a clean and sanitized bottle, cap and cool ASAP. If you do this on Sat am your beer should be fine for...

We visited Bell's this afternoon and enjoyed a great selection of beers including Oberon. The tour was very good, they have a great beer garden and even a home brew shop. Well worth a visit.

We are going to Ann Arbor next Monday (this Memorial Weekend) from OH & PA and taking in Arbor Brewing Company and Jolly Pumpkin. Looking forward to sampling some sours.

We are visiting Bell's this coming Sunday and are looking forward to see what delights are on tap - we can get Oberon, Oarsman Ale, Kalamazoo Stout and Best Brown in our area (Central PA) but not much else.

Tried KBS for the first time last week - nice beer and quite different from the usual Breakfast Stout.

We are visiting New Holland this coming Saturday from OH & PA and looking forward to seeing their setup and we can hopefully try some beers that we cannot normally get in our areas. Love the barrel room pics :)

We are making a trip this Memorial Weekend from OH & PA to visit Founder's in Grand Rapids - looking forward to it big time. Going to the Tap room on Fri night and taking in a Brewery tour on Saturday.
