    What's the most brewing activities you've done in a single day?

    my very first brew day ever ever i built a three tier and then brewed 4x10 gallon batches in one day... we finished waaaaay late like 1 am.... we have done that many times since and often add kegging and carboy cleaning in that same day

    the external fermentation chamber does excellent its a freezer so its very well insulated and hardly has to turn on.... the ranco 2 stage holds the fermentation temp most excellently

    Lagering questions help needed

    so i have four carboys fermenting away in my newly built fermentation chamber.... i read noonans new brewing lager beers 3 times to refresh, and then i come up with a lagering schedule.... (i pitched the correct amount of yeast according to mr malty) i was going to ferment at 48 degrees...

    ok... awesome...... i pitched them thursday night, ill let them run till saturday night? brew on saturday, put wort and starters in big fermentation fridge saturday mid afternoon eveningish, decant on sunday and pitch on already cooled wort???? sound good?

    so i have some very large starters going (these are my first lagers) 2x5.5 liter starters and 3x2 liter starters... they are on a stir plate, and were hit with o2 before i started the stir plate... 2 smak packs pitched into each of the 5.5 liter and 1 smak pack per 2 liter this is a large volume...
