    Hey Team, Just thought I woild drop a line and say so far so good for the brewing. Have only done extract so far, but have made 5 and all 5 have been great. Have a couple of lessons along the way, but its all a learning curve.

    Bottled Temperature?

    Hi, I have just got my first brew set up. Question is, I know i need to keep it at a certain temp during fermentation, but once bottled can I store it in cooler temps?     What are New Zealanders using instead of Star San to sanitize?

    Just wondering what brewers in New Zealand are using to sanitize? I want something like Star San that doesnt require a rinse but am unsure what to use. Something that can also be put into a spray pump bottle would be good.

    Hi, This has probably been asked but as in a noob i dont have a clue. Im using carbonation drops in my first brew, do i add the drop to the bottle, then the beer, or the beer, then the drop? Any help appreciated, Cheers.

    best method to check gravity

    Hi, Im a first time brewer. What is the best method to check OG and FG and not waste too much beer? Im having trouoble finding a larger beaker type vessel that my hydrometer will fit in. I have been told not to put the hydrometer directly into the fermentor.
